Requirement & Order Confirmation
We start by understanding our client’s exact requirements — product type, quantity, quality standards, packaging preferences, and destination. Once the order details are finalized, a formal confirmation is issued to begin the sourcing process.
Farmer & Supplier Selection (Sourcing)
Based on the order, we identify and collaborate with trusted local farmers and verified suppliers. Each source is carefully evaluated for quality consistency, cultivation practices, and capacity to deliver the required produce on time.
Field Inspection & Quality Sampling
Our team visits the farms to inspect crop conditions and maturity levels. Random samples are collected and analyzed to ensure that the produce meets our export-grade quality standards before procurement begins.
Harvesting & Primary Processing
Fruits and vegetables are harvested at the right time to preserve freshness and nutrition. The harvested produce undergoes basic trimming, cutting, and removal of any damaged portions right at the farm level.
Packing & Transfer to Storehouse
The freshly harvested produce is temporarily packed and transported to our storage or processing facility. Temperature and handling standards are maintained during transit to ensure the produce remains fresh and intact.
Cleaning & Grading
At our facility, products are thoroughly cleaned, washed, and graded based on size, color, and quality. Only the best-quality items are selected for export, while non-conforming products are separated.
Export Packaging & Labeling
Clean and graded produce is packed according to international export requirements. Each product is sealed and labeled properly, ensuring hygiene, safety, and durability during shipping. Custom packaging solutions are provided based on client needs.
Shipping & Delivery
Once packaging and documentation (invoice, packing list, certificates, and customs clearance) are completed, the goods are shipped to the destination country. Our logistics partners ensure timely and safe delivery through reliable shipping channels.
